About me
I have always showed an interest in foreign nations and cultures. So as a teenager I travelled to four different continents (Africa, Northern America, Australia and Asia). After I graduated high school with honours and spent a year abroad (Switzerland, Australia, China, Thailand), I started my studies of Translations Sciences, English and French at the Humboldt University in Berlin. Internships and translation projects accompanying my studies prepared me for my work as a freelance translator which I began in December 2006. Since then I translated or edited several non-fiction books from English into German as well as texts for a civil engineering office in Dresden, websites and legal documents.
